I have not used any PHP, SQL, scripts or cookies of any kind. It is not "powered" by any external APIs. It does not track you, or gather any of your data. Nor does it link to any of the usual social networks.
My guess is that it uses some later implementation of HTML, since I don't remember some of the tags, as I have used them when I was a kid and played with web pages, but I care little to check for such details. Instead, I felt inspired to write it as best as I understand and enjoy the Wabi-Sabi (侘寂) style. As such, web savvy individuals are invited to marvel at its internal workings. It should work well in text based browsers, such as Lynx. In fact, I have only extensively "tested" the web-page using the aforementioned browser.
